Individual Sessions

Having a space to talk things through, feel heard, and make sense of what’s going on can make a big difference. This process is shaped around what feels right for you, using a client-centered approach that meets you where you are. Whether you're navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or deeper emotional struggles, therapy offers support in recognizing patterns, building coping skills, and gaining clarity. Techniques like mindfulness, goal-setting, and open conversation help guide the process in a way that feels genuine, comfortable, and centered on your unique experience.

Family Therapy Sessions

Family sessions offer a space where each voice is heard and respected. With a focus on improving communication and strengthening relationships, therapy supports families in navigating transitions, resolving conflict, and building healthier ways of relating. Whether working through parenting challenges, life changes, or long-standing patterns, the process encourages empathy, emotional expression, and collaborative problem-solving. The goal is to help families reconnect, deepen understanding, and move forward with greater clarity and unity.

Play Therapy

Play therapy creates a space where children can express themselves in the way that feels most natural to them—through play. When kids don’t yet have the words to describe what they’re thinking or feeling, toys, art, and movement become powerful tools for communication and healing. In this setting, play isn’t just fun, it’s meaningful. It allows children to work through emotions, build problem-solving skills, and develop emotional awareness in a way that feels safe and engaging. With the support of a trained therapist, children can explore their inner world, gain confidence, and begin to make sense of their experiences, all through the language of play.
