About Haley
Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama and a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With experience in unique settings, she has worked extensively with families, individuals, and adolescents, helping them navigate life’s challenges.
Haley works closely with clients and their families, offering warmth, acceptance, and support while meeting you exactly where you are. As your counselor, her goal is to build a strong connection with you, empowering you to achieve your personal goals.
She uses a blend of client-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide practical tools tailored to your needs, helping you manage life changes, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, and trauma. For younger clients, she incorporates play therapy, creating a supportive space where children and families can work together toward shared goals.

About Alexandra
Alexandra Scott, infectiously known as “Al,” is a warm, grounded, and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker whose goal is dedicated to supporting and walking with individuals and their families through their current season of life. Al is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication - Public Relations at Louisiana State University (LSU). She went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work also from LSU where she found her passion for working with individuals and their support systems through the lens of mental health and resource allocation.
With almost ten years of experience within the field, Al has worked within various settings and amongst various populations to gain her current clinical skills to provide individual and family therapy. She has experience with seeing those affected by anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, separation and divorce, grief and loss, and behavior management. Al takes a Systems Approach toward each client in which she recognizes that individuals are impacted by and can impact those around them.
With that said, she works with individuals and their families through the therapeutic approaches of (but is not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and techniques of play therapy.
Al celebrates you by taking this step of looking into therapy. Her priority is to help create an environment that feels safe, judgment-free, and possesses a nature of curiosity and collaboration. She is honored to be a part of your journey and looks forward to working together.

About Virginia
Virginia Winn is a dedicated counselor based in Birmingham, Alabama. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and a Master’s of Education in Counseling from the University of Montevallo. In addition to her work in private practice, Virginia also serves as a school counselor and is passionate about supporting children and families through a warm, client-centered approach.
Virginia specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel empowered to grow and thrive. Virginia believes that counseling is a collaborative and empowering process—one that honors each person’s unique story while helping them move toward healing, clarity, and growth.
Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family. She considers it a true honor to walk alongside her clients on their personal journeys and provide support every step of the way.
